Our Shipping Commitments

Each pair of Waruju insoles is made by hand in our workshops. Before shipping, each product undergoes a final quality check to ensure its technical perfection.

2. An eco-responsible expedition

Endurance racing links us intimately with nature. That's why our logistics policy is designed to minimise our footprint:

• Optimised packaging : Our shipping cartons are adjusted to the volume of our products so as not to “carry empty”.
• Recycled Materials : Our boxes are made from 100% FSC-certified cardboard and are fully recyclable. We have banned the use of unnecessary plastic cushioning.
• Last kilometre : In large conurbations, we prefer partners with fleets of electric or hybrid vehicles.

3. Real-time order tracking

Transparency is the key to trust. As soon as your order is confirmed, you'll be kept informed at every stage:

• Confirmation: You will receive a summary email immediately.
• Shipping : As soon as the parcel leaves our workshop, a tracking link is sent to you.
• Delivery : You will be notified on the day of delivery to make it easier for you to take delivery.
