Return policy

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in principle, the consumer Customer has the right to cancel his order without having to justify his decision or pay any penalties. Consumer Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal during the 14 days following the date on which the Customer, or a third party designated by the consumer and other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the last item ordered.It should be noted that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.Consequently, for reasons of hygiene, the soles of shoes sold by LA SOCIÉTÉ GC DEV may not be the subject of a right of withdrawal, once their packaging has been unsealed.In the case of an order containing several products, the 14-day period runs from receipt of the last product. If the Customer wishes to exercise its right of withdrawal, it must inform GC DEV of its decision. The request must be made in writing (letter or e-mail) within 14 days of the date of receipt of the product. It must include the following information:

The Customer may also use the standard withdrawal form attached as an appendix to these Terms and Conditions. Within 14 days following the date on which the Customer has notified GC DEV of its decision to cancel the contract, the Customer must return the product, at its own expense, to 4 rue Edouard Branly ZI La Bergerie, 49280 La Séguinière - FRANCE, for the attention of WARUJU, pour l'atelier d'Annie, Société Crispin.
